Raya Eve
Is the busiest day of the year for us. Our open house is on the second day, but we are busying ourselves early so we can spend the whole day away on the first day.
Let’s see at what I did today. I made a batch of cheese biscuits. My best yet. This time, all of them came out the oven in perfect condition! Normally I’d burn half of the first tray going into the oven. But not this time. I started with low heat and let it slowly progress until I adjusted it just right.
And then, I made meatloaf to prepare for the third day. This is the first time I make them, but it still looks pretty good :D. Very cheesy this one, because I shredded slightly more than half a brick. Now that I think about it, I may need to do one more to even out the amount of sauce. Hmmmm.
My sisters were busy cleaning the house and stuff while I ironed out my clothes for raya :D.
So cannot wait for tomorrow morning.
