I Found A New Idol

Yep, I found myself a new role model. My previous ones include Michael Dell and Oprah Winfrey and Tyra Banks. Though I still look up to them, including Ellen DeGeneres. I love her too. Hehehe.

And guess what? My new idol isn’t even human! My new role model is, believe it or not, a meerkat.

Meerkats look like this.

Meerkat1 Have been watching Meerkat Manor a lot recently and fell in love with the program xD.

My favorite, who is now, my new idol, is one named Shakespeare, part of the Whiskers family. He’s the courageous big brother who always get the group out of the stickiest of situations. You can check out more on him in the official site.

Meerkat Manor. You can even meet the whole family there :D.

Though, people are more acquainted with this meerkat.

I bet a lot of you guys grow up with him too!

Hukana mattata, aye?

Now, allow me some space to talk about FF12. Yeah, I fear I will not be able to finish it in time for me to go back to KL. But on the bright side, my funds are building up fast. If you want to donate, I welcome it :D.

So, I realize, as I was playing, how much I miss the element of the Final Fantasy games. What is THAT you wonder? Well in Suikoden, the game ends after you take over the capital and defeat the big bad rune. But in FF, it’s defined by harder and harder battles, and more of them. All the sidequests involved defeating this boss or other. There’s barely any mini games. Suikoden had been increasing the number of mini-games in consequent titles.

Yeah, yeah, I know there’s a fishing mini-game or other in FF12 but I have yet to uncover it. Still, there’s really few of them compared to Suikoden you know.

Now I’m torn between the silver and white pstwo. Give me suggestions. :D

Also, some days ago I went webhost shopping, and found out that you can, for the rest of 2007, register for a .com.my domain for 50 ringgit a year! The usual price is 100 ringgit, so you got a 50% discount due to the celebration of Malaysia’s 50th birthday. But of course, a normal .com domain is 50 a year. And I found this great webhost, and very cheap too. The hosting plan I want was 100 ringgit a year, plus 50 for domain registration, which equals to 150 ringgit per year!!!!!111111ONE

Isn’t that just GREAT?! But you know what’s the sad thing is? They don’t accept credit cards! So since I don’t have cheques, my next best option is to bank in. But its 150, and you pay only once a year, so its not so bad. At least I spare myself the explanation to daddyo what’s that 150 I charged to the VISA is, hehehe.

You know ho old people are. Skeptical. I once told him I want to do an online business and before I could finish he launced into this whole speech about how university kids are conned off their whole PTPTN loan by some online money scam. Then I told him (or tried to) that I’m not into any of that, and explained that I’m doing a business, not some dodgy Swiss Cash thing, and he went quiet and said, "wait till you graduate first".

If you ask me, he didn’t understand a thing I said.

Just goes to show, some things, or rather, most things, are better kept under yout hat :/.

Ta’ra.
