Reins, Horses, Movies and Suikoden.

Fickle-mindedness could really kill me. Seriously. With all this group projects coming up, it just pisses you off when your group members take your deadlines lightly.

I sometimes wished I was acquainted with better people. Perhaps those who are smarter than me that could take the responsibility. I’m not bragging, but why does it seem if I don’t pull the rein, the horses would just scamper to all directions and left us to plunge into the muddy depths of…mud.

But if I did leave the rein in what I thought are capable hands, they still take us swivelling left and right with mud splashes on ourselves. We did not fall. We just came close to it. Perhaps we reached our destination, yes, but with one tyre in a ditch. Still, it wouldn’t have been a very pleasant journey is it? And chances are, you wouldn’t want to go on another one like that. Not when it concerns your future too.

Right? Exactly.

Man. I supposed that’s life. And I’m sure there are others who are worse off (I have heard of their sad tales). I guess when you take the rein…you’re more in control. But you have higher chances of being unpopular because of it. Well can’t help it. After all, it’s your marks too and in a group thing, it means everyone is involved.

And one more thing. Don’t you hate it when your group members kept cropping up unneccessary things that is not going to help you get your project moving? Like contemplating about this and that? That annoys me so much. But I supposed it’s just my luck.

Because when it comes to choosing groups, my fickle-mindedness landed me in yet a rocky carriage. I sense another one in a near distance too. I hate rocky carriages. They hurt my bum.

Anyway, the election had just passed us. BN lost 9 seats to the oppositions. Serves them right! I mean, I’m with the government, but not our local state government. Trust me. I want the Chief Minister dead just like the next person. But well, I hope the opposition could mean something to them. They keep the BN in check. Even Mahathir himself said it is healthy to have a certain number of oppositions in the Dewan Rakyat. You can’t let the BN get too comfortable lest they get too soft. Well that’s that.

Oh man! I just found a surprisingly amazingly shocking news! Eragon is going to be made into a movie! I thought the book has the potential for a movie tie-in but really, it is so ridiculous the director would just scorn at it as saying it a cross of LOTR and Harry Potter wanna-be. I mean really. This Christopher Paolini must have something other than his crappy writing that could propel his book into this sort of popularity. I mean if you’re a cincai person you’d just overlook his cliches and LOTR and Harry Potter-ness and just enjoy the story as a legal fanfiction. But it just pisses you off. I feel like scratching Paolini’s face each time I stumbled onto a cliche or stupid part. I like, roll my eyes and groan and say "not again…". J.R.R Tolkien’s descendents or J.K Rowling should really sue him!!

But sue him after he finished the trilogy though. Im curious to know what happens next. Its a pity, really. This guy can write, but his ideas are not his. More like recycled ideas of a fanboy.

Oh on another note. I like both Final Fantasy and Suikoden. FF 8 and Suiko 2, to be exact. But I guess if I have to choose, Suikoden is my ultimate favorite because I don’t even play FFX or FFX-2. Where in Suikoden, I have played all five titles. Coming, six. Suikoden 1,2,3,4 and Suikoden Tactics. Suikoden V is just waiting its turn. Mehehehehehe.

Right. I need to go wash my hair. Ta’ra!
